Refund policy

Return Eligibility:
You can return both tea and teaware under the same policy. Products eligible for return must be unopened and in their original packaging. Returns must be initiated within 15 days of receiving your order.

Reasons for Refund or Exchange:
You are eligible for a refund or exchange only if:

  1. The wrong product has been shipped.
  2. A defective product has been shipped.
  3. The product got damaged during shipping.

Exceptions:
We will not offer refunds or exchanges for subjective or personal reasons. This includes discrepancies related to the shade of colour, taste notes, aroma descriptions, etc.

Initiate a Refund:

To begin the refund process, please start by filling out the "Contact Us" form on our website. In this form, describe the issue in detail and attach photographic evidence for our team to review. This helps us understand the problem and expedite the process.

After we have reviewed your claim, we will notify you of the outcome. If your refund request is approved, we will provide an address to which you should send back the item.

Refund Process:
Once we receive your returned item and confirm its condition, we will process the refund to your original method of payment. Please allow up to 15 days from the receipt of the returned product for the refund to be completed.

Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. It is advised to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee the receipt of your returned item.

Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective product, we will ship a replacement free of charge. If the same product is unavailable, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment. For damaged items, please send us photographic proof to facilitate the replacement or refund process.

Sale Items:
All sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded or replaced.

Proof of Purchase:
While we appreciate if you can provide a proof of purchase, it is not mandatory for processing a return.
